Art is a Line

Gustav Klimt said that Art is a line around your thoughts. This website is how I want to tell the world how art has encircled my mind AND heart. These are my creative writings inspired by the works of artists that I think are important and beautiful and transcendent.

All of my life, I have been moved by art and by artists. I found it easy to express my love of art through words. This site is a project of mine where I respond to art with words. These aren’t stories or poems…but something in between.

Click on the navigation to find the names of different artists. I have worked with the artists to find works that speak to me and through me. What I have written is a tribute to the beauty they have created. I only hope to use my voice to praise their work.
